In-house installers
Every Securelux installer is a direct, salaried employee. They are not subcontractors, not casual labour, not borrowed from another trade. They are trained specifically in Crimsafe manufacturing and installation techniques and work under Securelux's quality standards every day. Subcontractor-based businesses can offer lower prices, but they cannot guarantee consistency: with Securelux, the standard is the same every time.
Detailed quoting
A Securelux quote is a fully itemised document that lists every product, every accessory and every installation requirement for your specific home. You will see exactly which Crimsafe tier is recommended for each opening, what lock type and hinge grade is included, what colour-matching decisions have been made, and whether any structural considerations are needed. Everything is agreed and documented before manufacturing begins.
Careful installation
Securelux installers treat your home the way they would treat their own: drop sheets protect flooring and furniture, work areas are cleaned and vacuumed after the job, every screen is checked for smooth operation, secure lock engagement and correct anchoring before sign-off, and existing hardware is handled with care.
SecureCare after-sales
SecureCare is Securelux's branded after-sales support program. It means that when you call after installation, you are speaking with the same company that built and installed your products. SecureCare covers adjustment and fine-tuning, a 12-month workmanship warranty, support with Crimsafe warranty claims (up to 10 years plus 2 with conditions), a flat $99 call-out fee for attended response to break-in or vandalism damage, and ongoing maintenance advice.
