Our story
From five family members to a 20-person team
Securelux started as a small family operation built on the belief that every Queensland household deserves genuine security, not just the appearance of it. Five family members with a shared work ethic and a commitment to quality laid the foundation.
Over 40 years that foundation has grown into a 20-person team spanning three offices across south-east Queensland. The company has scaled but the principle has not changed: every screen is manufactured at our own factory and fitted by our own employed installers.
We do not subcontract. The people who answer your quote call are colleagues of the people who arrive at your door on installation day.

Every person who arrives to install your security screens is a direct Securelux employee, cross-trained across manufacturing and installation. We believe the installation is the difference between something that looks like a security product and something that actually is one.

Licences and accreditations
QBCC Licence No. 1187294
Securelux holds an active Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence, confirming we meet the state's legal requirements for building work including security screen installation.
Crimsafe Authorised Licensee
As a Crimsafe Authorised Licensee, we are trained, vetted, and authorised to supply and install genuine Crimsafe products. Not all security companies hold this status.
NSSA Member
The National Security Screen Association sets minimum industry standards for product and installation quality. Securelux is a proud member.
AS 5039, AS 5040 and AS 5041
All installations comply with the relevant Australian Standards for security screen doors and window grilles, covering design, manufacture, and installation requirements.
