Flat callout fee
We attend. We assess. No surprise invoices.
If an intruder attempts to breach a protected opening, call us. We will attend for a flat $99 callout fee, assess the damage and advise you on what needs to happen next.
The $99 fee covers the callout and the assessment. Any repair work we recommend is quoted separately before anything is done. You are never handed an invoice you did not expect.

Break-in attempt on a protected opening
If an intruder attempts to force entry through a door or window we installed, we attend and assess what happened and why.
Vandalism damage to installed screens
Deliberate damage to a screen or door Securelux installed is covered by the SecureCare callout.
Damage assessment and next-steps advice
Our team inspects the damage, explains what held and what did not, and advises you on what needs to be repaired or replaced.
No surprise invoices
The callout fee is $99 flat. The assessment is included. Any further repair work is quoted separately before we proceed.
Warranty coverage
What the warranties cover
12-month workmanship warranty
All Securelux installations carry a 12-month warranty on the workmanship. If something is not right with the way the screen was fitted, we return and fix it at no charge. This is separate from SecureCare and is not triggered by a break-in. It covers defects in the installation itself.
Crimsafe manufacturer warranty
Crimsafe products carry their own manufacturer warranty covering the mesh, frame materials, and hardware components. The warranty period and scope vary by product. Ask your consultant for the specific warranty applicable to the product you are considering.
SecureCare applies to openings installed by Securelux. It does not apply to screens or doors installed by other companies. Speak to your consultant for full SecureCare terms.
