These terms cover your use of the Wheelie Fun website. Riding a wheelie machine is a physical activity with inherent risks; a separate liability waiver applies to sessions and is provided before you ride.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse this site, book a session and get in touch. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Bookings and prices
Sessions are booked and paid through our booking provider. Prices shown on this site are a guide and may change; the price at the time of booking applies.
Safety and the waiver
Sessions are supervised and use safety equipment, but motorcycling carries inherent risk. You will be asked to read and sign a liability waiver before riding, and to follow our coaches' instructions at all times.
Our content
The text, design, photos, video and branding on this site belong to Wheelie Fun unless stated otherwise.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
