Who we are
Ninjaneers is a small team of senior engineers who have built production systems across finance, logistics, health and retail. We started the studio because we noticed a pattern: clients were paying for big agency processes that added weeks and cost without adding craft.
We work differently. Small team, direct access to the people writing the code. We get into a problem, understand it properly, then build something that fits. Not something that looks good in a proposal deck. Most of our work ships in weeks, not quarters.
The name is a bit of a joke, but the intent behind it is not. Speed and precision are not in conflict with engineering quality. In our experience, they come from the same discipline.
