Common questions
Does it work offline on the job site?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps are built for sites with patchy signal. Clock-ins save locally and sync automatically when the phone is back in range.
How does the Xero connection work?
Connect Xero in one click and mySheet imports your employees, pay rates and pay calendars, so setup takes minutes, not days. Re-import any time to pick up changes. Automatic push of approved timesheets into Xero Payroll is coming soon, as is ServiceM8 job sync.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is free and no card is needed. Billing only starts when you choose a plan and enter payment details at checkout, and if you subscribe partway through the trial, your remaining trial days still count before you are charged.
How do the user caps work?
Stubby is capped at 2 active users and Grower at 5. Hit the cap and the app prompts you to upgrade before you can add the next person. Show-er has no cap, and you are only billed for active users each month.
What about my team's privacy with GPS and selfies?
Location tracking runs with your team member's permission, and only on the Show-er plan. The check-in selfie is optional and switched on per organisation, and your team member sees exactly what is captured before it saves.
How long is my data kept?
Stubby keeps 12 months of timesheet history, Grower keeps 3 years, and Show-er keeps everything. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days regardless of plan.
Is there a setup fee or lock-in contract?
No setup fee, no lock-in. Month-to-month (or annual) billing, cancel any time. You can upgrade whenever you like; to downgrade, your account first needs to fit the smaller plan's caps, for example being back under its user limit.
